Lifehack: Cut caffeine after lunch.
Studies show that the majority of Americans are not getting enough sleep. While some of this can be attributed to overworking, much of it can be attributed to time spent laying in bed, unable to fall asleep. I never thought caffeine influenced my sleep until I cut it out of my diet around mid-afternoon, and I rarely have trouble falling asleep now. Regardless of what you think you know about your body, there's no harm in giving it a try!
