I’m a person who believes in setting ambitious goals, breaking boundaries, and challenging the status quo. I am always looking for more effective ways to achieve great things, create exciting opportunities, and live a well-rounded, happy and healthy lifestyle. I believe life often presents a lot of incredible opportunities when you work hard and love what you do.
I have received awards from several renowned organizations. In 2014, I recieved a full-ride Fennell Scholarship to study at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. In 2015, I was one of three horn players in America to receive an award from The National YoungArts Foundation. In 2017, as a college sophomore, I won the Southwest Horn Conference Undergrad Solo Competition by unanimous decision, and I made my professional debut with the Tucson Symphony Orchestra at just 20 years old. I currently play Principal Horn for the Arizona State University Wind & Symphony Orchestras, which are among the best collegiate ensembles in the nation.
I continue to pursue excellence in my music to prove a point I am very passionate about. I strongly believe that anyone, even in the face of great adversity, can accomplish extraordinary things when they work hard and are passionate about what they do. My work is driven by this idea, and I strive to inspire others in everything that I do.
